MEMORANDUM
SUBJECT: Executive Council Meeting on 15 July 1975
Mr. Proctor chaired. Substituting were Messrs.
R. Kerr.
1. Frida 18 July, at 1030, there will be a briefing by Messrs.
Zellmer and if on two recent imagery studies.
2. is retiring, and will be taking nomi-
nations for a replacement as General Waiters Executive Assistant.
Candidates should be in the GS-14 range.
3. The Inspector General is enlarging his staff by six persons.
Mr. Chamberlain has fairly specific ideas about the desired background
of individuals selected for these jobs, one or two of whom might come
from the DDI. He is looking for both rotational and permanent nominees.
4. Mr. Bader and Ms. Davis of the Senate Select Staff have re-
viewed several memos that were based primarily on DDO sources, and would
now like to talk to the analysts who wrote them. The three ind"

5. Mr. Eisenbeiss announced the 1,000 page SAFE study will be
ready soon. A 30 page Executive Summary will be distributed and Mr. Ei-
senbeiss offered a briefing by at a Friday Executive Council
Meeting in July.
