MEMORANDUM FOR:
SUBJECT : MAGID Contribution to DDI Survey
1. In response to the 31 March meeting with you at which we
discussed the forthcoming DDI attitudinal survey, MAGID members drew
up the attached list of pertinent questions and comments. They are
by no means all-inclusive. The questions are divided roughly into
the seven following categories, some of which may overlap to a degree:
1. Attitudes toward "The System"
2. Job satisfaction and career development
3. Agency organization
4. Supervision
5. Communications
6. Production
7. Environment
2. Please note that the attached questions are meant to indicate
areas of concern for DDI employees and are not necessarily meant to
suggest any specific phrasing, style, grouping, or order; that is best
left to you and your staff. Of course, we would want to review the
questions after you formally draw them up. If you have any questions
