MEMORANDUM FOR: Assistant Deputy Director for Intelligence
Agency Interface with the Public
1. In confirmation of our telephone conversation on Friday,
I am sending you the attached draft outline which I forwarded to the
Executive Director-Comptroller several weeks ago.
2. As I explained to you, this was provided Colonel White
informally at his request so that he might examine it to determine
whether or not we can include all the points he wanted covered in
his consideration of this general problem. I have not yet had any
reaction from him, but have been standing by to fill out the "meat
on the bones" along the lines of his specifications.
