1. JRC Schedule
The JRC Schedule for July 1971 was telephonically approved by the
40 Committee on 29 June with the following inclusion and the exception
noted in the regular minute dated 7 July 1971:
2. SAFSS Forecast
The SAFSS forecast for July 1971 was telephonically approved by the
40 Committee on 29 June with the following modifications:
NSC
a. All overflights continued to be stood 25X1
down, but the proposed Photo anc T IDEALIST/TACKLE missions
were approved with the understanding that there be no approach NSC
closer than 20 n.m. 25X1
b. The GIANT SCALE SR-71 overflight of North Korea was stood down
for the month of July pending (1) 40 Committee review of the Air
Reconnaissance of North Korea study now being prepared and (2) read-
out of the latest satellite product.
