SUBJECT Strategic Warning Capabilities
1. Attached are two advance copies of the Summary
section of the study I was charged with doing on the
strategic warning problem at the request of John Bross.
The annexes--all completed--are in printing and should
be available early next week.
2. The study has been coordinated with OCI, OSR,
OER, IRS, INDICO, FBIS, DCS, ONE, DDS&T, and DDP.
