SUBJECT: Revised KIQ 12 Strategy Report and DIA-Requested Changes
to Certain Other Strategy Reports
REFERENCE: USIB-D-22.1/29, 9 December 1974
1. Attached is the revised Strategy Report for Key Intelligence
Question 12 (Attachment 1) approved by an interagency working group
and containing changes inadvertently omitted in the version forwarded
under cover of the reference. It will be considered, along with
certain other KIQ strategy reports, at the USIB meeting now scheduled
for Friday, 24 January 1975.
2. Also attached are changes (Attachment 2) which the DIA has
requested concerning its commitments in the Strategy Reports for KIQs
10, 14, 22, 23, and 24.
