MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy to the DCI for National
Intelligence Officers
SUBJECT: Supplementary DOD Comments on KIQs
1. I am transmitting a set of DOD user comments reviewing
the FY-75 KIQs and describing suggestions for the FY-76 KIQs.
Most of these appear pertinent to the NIO-s for Conventional Forces,
Strategic Programs, and Southeast Asia.
2. Ambassador Ellsworth stresses that these comments are
a supplement to, not a substitute for, DOD's formal input to the
FY-76 KIQs, namely the DKIQs.
