SUBJECT: Points to Include in Talk for Naval Aviators. on 4 June
1. They need to get away from cyclical operations and go to flex
deck operations.
2. They need to get away from 12 hours on and 12 hours off of
flying and become self-sufficient through 24-hour operations.
3. They need to think in terms of maintaining and quickly augmenting
a given number of VF and VS stations rather than in terms of Alpha strikes.
