contributions.

military forces
* Special adviser to DCI on Strategic Arms Control
* 1st Chief of CIA SALT Support Staff
* Senior Intel adviser to US SALT Delegations
* NIO - Strategic programs
But, perhaps most impressive of all - You have been
at the-forefront of change
* Changed way we produce national intelligence
* Expanded analytic effort
* Worked to ensure IC brought in to our efforts
Of unique importance because ability to see need
for change & carry it out is single most important
factor in ensuring CIA & IC remain dynamic & vital
No one may be indispensable, but some acts are
exceedingly hard to duplicate - you are prime example.
