1. Advised that I would be briefing the Senate Select CorrmAttee
on narcotics in Panama.

4. Checked on the minutes for the PRC(i) and they are not yet
ready.
5. Checked on clearing speeches with the NSC -- the only intent
here is when I get anywhere into foreign policy considerations. I
described the speeches we are doing, and he didn't feel- that this was
necessary with them.
6. Pointed out that the Hill was impatient for the Executive Order. 25X1
Indication was that it would go this week.
