4. The attractiveness of the CIA/DDI for emplo}rent:
a. Complete data base - not only classified but in
general.
b. Innovative work need demonstrations that there
is innovative work being done here.
c. The opportunity to publish:
(1) Need to insure that all these ingredients are
being developed.
