SUBJECT: Congressional Index (U)
I would like to ask again for two copies of the Congressional
index printed by some commercial company in a pamphlet that is
about 4 inches by 12 inches in dimension. What I have in my desk
today to identify Congressmen is the little blue book you gave me
with their pictures. To begin with, it is organized by state rather
than alphabetically; it doesn't give the districts; it doesn't give
the committees on which the people are situated. I'd appreciate
having the other directory in each of my offices so that when a
Congressman phones I can flip to his picture and bio and basic data
as rapidly as I can answer the phone. (U)
