I am most pleased and grateful that you have agreed to serve on the
Selection Committee for the Exceptional Intelligence Analyst Program.
For your information, I am including descriptive information on the pro-
gram. In a few more days, you will receive DCI guidance on the suggested
criteria for selection, plus a copy of candidate proposals for your review.
In addition to Gene Tighe, who will serve as Committee Chairman, the
Committee will be composed of:

the Pentagon.
