I just this past weekend had the opportunity
to read your excellent paper, "Human Needs and
Motivation for Recruitment." It was fascinating.
Not only did it answer a number of questions which
have occurred to me over the past months, but it
stimulated further thought and interest. I intend
to pursue this shortly with some of your former
colleagues and the operations people.
I wish you all the best in retirement and
