Call DDO and tell. them that I called Director Webster as they requested
me to do with respect to my 17 January letter to the Attorney General on
the counterintelligence case.
Tell the DDCI after talking to Webster, although he has no objection
to our sending a substantive letter to I'd prefer to send a 25X1
non-substantive one. Make it as polite and warm as we can, however.
