2. A few comments annotated. ^
3. I'm not on board with paragraphs 17-24 as yet, although I don't
reject them. They're a lot stronger than my sense of the situation. I'd
like to look at them again i6 a few days, and particularly after Bob Bowie
has a chance to review them. u
4. On the subject of air defense and how we display it, I think
you have done a super job in the text and I won't ask you to go any further.
I will ask you to prepare some charts that we can have for backup in Con-

5. I recognize this is not a scientific calculation, and hence
