east Conference at Chatham,.NAssachusetts, on September 28, 29, 30, 1973.
The preliminary list mailed to you on June 29, indicates those who have
accepted thus far. We are waiting to hear from several others whose names,
as well as yours, will appear on the final list which will be distributed
at the Conference. Further details about this meeting are outlined in the
enclosed booklet.
As soon as you have decided what your travel plans will be, I would appre-
ciate your advising me when and-how you plan to arrive at the inn. If
