Dear Mr. Brown:
Thank you for your letter of 10 March. I welcome opportunities
to exchange views with groups such as yours, and hope our schedules
will permit us to meet here at the Agency during your April visit to
Washington.
I will ask our Coordinator for Academic Relations,
to contact you to discuss details. My schedule has become a bit un-
predictable of late, but subject to exigencies beyond my control, I
will be pleased to put your visit on my calendar. And, in any event,
some of my senior colleagues will be on hand to join in the discussions.
I look forward to our meeting.
Sincerely,
/s/ W. E. Colby
