1. In a discussion with the President on I December, ICI
requested that the President instruct Bunny and the State Department
to disaerninate to DCI all memos of conversation with Leads of state.
The 'resident agreed that such dissemination would be automatic
except in very special circumstances when he might want to hold the
:natter for his own personal files for reasons of his own choice.
2. Bundy was apparently to discuss this matter with the ?resident
and to determine procedures.
3. The DCI requests that the DWI personally follow up on this
matter to make sure that appropriate memos are received by the
OCI.
