General Harris Hull called from NORAD in
connection with the recent brief flap over two un-
identified aircraft coming at us from the Gulf of Mexico.
Harris was voluble and vague, and I uh-huh'ed him,
being on the open telephone.
On reflection, what he wanted was for me to tell
o tell the right person (General Stocking)
in the Pentagon to tell a Colonel Wilson on Harris'
staff that he (General Hull) should also be cleared
for activities which were going on and which I probably
knew all about.
