1. The DCI is interested in getting a list of points
in the Agency that be might visit for a 15? or ZO?rniante
period. He does not want to pay such visits to an "owe"
where he would gat a verbal briefing. His primary interest
is in visiting locations where there is something to see.
Z. Good possibilities would seem to include: an
appropriate area of TSD; some area
of OCR; the DPD control room; the Cable Secretariat and
Signals Center; Cafeteria; Diipansary; and perhaps
There doubtless are other
possibilities.
3. Will you please give me your recommendations
on this by Monday, 4 June. The list should include room
numbers and notations on how much lead time would be
expected prior to a DCI visit. They would probably take
place on short notice.
