1. Mr. Dulles is scheduled to make a public
speech in Kansas City on 11 November. He is planning
to speak generally on the Communist strategy of "divide
and conquer".
2. I should be grateful if you and your colleagues
could send along any ideas you have by 19 October. Mr. Dulles
may be leaving the city on 22 October and would like a chance
to study the material before he departs.
