Ray and Sherm:
After five days as Executive Director-
Comptroller I an convinced that one of the first problems I have
to solve is how to get the tremendous volume of paper which flows
into my office reduced to something manageable. One of the things
I find most interesting but because of priorities I think that I shall
have to forego is the draft NIEs and SNIEs.
Would you please delete me from the dis-
tribution list for these drafts unless there should be something of
special significance which I should see, in which case I should
appreciate receiving a copy. I of course would like to continue
receiving the finished estimates.
