Decently it was brought to my attention by a govern-
mental agency that it might have acted otherwise than it
did in a particular situation had it been aware of the
fact that certain companies had been charged with violat-
ing the antitrust laws.
It occurs to see that like situations my arise at
times in your agency. Accordingly, If it would be of any
assistance to you, I should be happy to furnish periodic
information about the proceedings we Institute under the
antitrust lave, so that you would have notice that par-
ticular persons or corporations are defendants in current
antitrust cases.
I would appreciate your advising whether you would
interested in receiving such information.
