This is in response to your letter of 6 May 1961 concerning
Department of Defense personnel support for your Coordination
Staff.
We have asked each of the service intelligence chiefs and
the Director, National Security Agency, to let us have within
the next two weeks nominations of qualified individuals. In
addition, the J-2, Joint Staff, has been asked to discuss with
the Chairman whether it would be desirable and pertinent from
his point of view to furnish a staff member for the Coordination
Staff.
