Initially Tish Baldrige depended upon State
to furnish her, for Mrs. Kennedy, biographic
material on visiting Foreign dignitaries. How-
ever, this did not work out since State was slow
in making the material available, sometimes
incomplete, and at other times "not at all. " In
desperation she called us and we undertook to
provide this support.
