I believe that we should start now to formu-
late plans for consolidating all of our printing
facilities in the new building and that your per-
sonal signature an the attached letter to the
Public Printer would be the most appropriate initial
step we could take.
We have discussed this matter with the staff
of the Joint Committee on Printing who agree that
we should take over the GPO-State Service Plant,
presently located in the basement of the Administra-
tion Building, when we move to our new building.
