Attached are two documents which require

1. An all-employee Agency Notice
calling attention to Brotherhood Week, and
2. A letter to the Secretary of Health,
Education and Welfare, advising him that we
have issued such a notice as this Agency's
contribution to the observance of Brother-
hood Week.
Both the Agency Notice and your letter to
the Secretary conform to the Government-wide
MEMORANDUM FOR:
agreement reached at a January meeting with the
