Reference is made to CIA memorandum, Serial ER 9-9629,
Subject: Frequency Usage, dated 23 December 1957, wherein it
is stated it would not be advantageous at this time for you
to relocate the frequent- usage file at NSA.
This Agency will be most pleased to accept your offer
to assign an analyst to part-time duty with the CIA Liaison
Office at Fort Meade. It should be possible at that time to
arrange for an effective exchange of the required data.
