Inasmuch as the IAC concurred today in this appointment, attached
for your signature is a memorandum to the Secretary of the Coirlparative
Evaluations Group formally designating with information 25X1
copies to the members of the Group.
General Cabell and Mr. Amory concurred in the original version of
this letter, which I have since amended slightly to mention
qualifications and to change a poorly worded statement.
