On behalf of the NPi Board of Trustees, it is my pleasure to invite you to attend the luncheon and dinner sessions of the NPA Annual Joint Meeting, to be held at the Hotel Statler in Washington on Monday, March 31st. The Joint Meeting, as you may know, is the occasion when our Board and Standing Committees -- Agriculture, Business, Labor and Intern?tional -- meet to consider important questions of national policy. Our guest speaker at the luncheon session will be Col. Richard S. Leghorn, Chairman of the NPA Special Project Committee on Security Through Arms Control and President of ITS Corporation, who will speak on "Technology and Arms Control." The luncheon will be held at 12:30 P.M. in the Presidential Ballroom, preceded by cocktails in the same room. Our guest speaker at the dinner on Monday evening will be Mr. Alfred H. Williams, President, Pennsylvania-New Jersey- Delaware Metropolitan Project, Inc., and Retiring President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. He will speak on "The Metropolis in Transition -- A Problem in Alternatives." The dinner will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Presidential Ballroom, preceded by cocktails at 6:30 in the Congressional Room. The dinner will be in business dress.
