Thank you for your comments concerning the CIA study
on "Brainwashing".
Although the implication you mention was not intended,
the wording of the paragraph which refers to courts-martial of
tho -,'brainwashed'" is unfortunate. In order to obviate any
possible erroneous implication, this paragraph will be rewritten
and the references to courts-martial deleted in any reprinting of
- this material.
