SUBJECT: Efficiency Reports on Army Officers Detailed to the
Central Intelligence Agency
1. Reference is made to Memorandum, Office of the Director,
Central Intelligence Agency, subject as above, 9 April 1955?
2. Effective this date, authority is granted to submit
Department of the Army Form 67-3 (Officer Efficiency Report) for
all commissioned Army officers assigned to the Central Intelligence
Agency, provided that the individual Army officer's immediate superior
is a commissioned officer of the Armed Forces of the United States or
is a United States citizen employed by the Federal Government:
