SUBJECT: Letter of Appreciation
1. I wish to express my appreciation for the services rendered
the Central Intelligence Agency by Major Emerson R. Jones, 01293063,
a member of your staff.
2. During the period Janua 1954 to 31 October 1956, while on
duty with the Armed Forces Services Center,
Major Jones was frequently of great assistance in matters affecting our
mutual interests. Not only was he always cooperative but also our
requests were acted upon promptly and with utmost discretion. Major
Jones's efforts have contributed in large measure to the successful
accomplishment of a number of difficult requirements placed upon this
Agency.
