I told Colonel KinTAT that you were not seeing General Bell but I mentioned that-you had dictated a letter to the general and gave him the gist of your letter. Colonel King then said that he ha General Bell, aniff that he would welcome an opportunity to meet General Bell when he comes here for lunch. b.
