friendly position were the enemy violations of the cease fire in
Laos from 10 - 14 September. (ER 62-6947)
3. NSAM No. 186 announces the President's approving a
proposal of the Special Group (CI) that be deleted from the
list of countries assigned to the Group's cognizance in accordance
with NSAM 124.
4. ONE Estimate that the settlement of the West New Guinea
dispute removes some of the obstacles to an improvement of
Indonesea's relations with the US although the US position has not
been greatly improved.
