Bross discussed a request from to recover some
from NRO. It was agreed to forward a Form F__1

Bross also noted that all Agency components should be represented
at the briefing on 29 June for the DCI on the SIGINT budget.
Houston discussed the planned hearings by the Senate Foreign Re-
lations Committee on the Dominican Republic. It was noted that Secretary
Vance is coordinator for the Executive Branch. He noted that the Fulbright
amendment to the Military Assistance Bill for Latin America had been
straightened out. He noted that the House has passed the Defense Appro-
priations Bill and that --fforts to. brief Senators Russell, Saltonstall, and 25X1
Stennis will be intensified.
Earn-An recalled Representative Mahon's visit in
was requested to prepare a letter for the DCI's signature to House a.n
Senate staff Officials, and also to the Director of the Budget describing the
Agency's independent audit system.
Kent asked for guidance on U'SIB handling of the Vietnam road ma.
He also noted receipt of a letter from Admiral Taylor.

DDCI noted a conversation with General Carroll about focusing
requirements for the road-watch teams in Laos, about new procedures
in releasing sanitized estimates to foreign countries, and about General
Carroll's efforts to organize the Defense attache system aiming at a
single-country approach for collection of intelligence.
DCI asked for background information on the Kurdish problem.
DCI asked that a briefing be prepared in the event he is called
before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on the Dominican Republic.
DCI directed that a package of papers on Vietnam be delivered
to The President before he leaves this afternoon.
DCI asked that selective dissemination be made of a memo on the
possibility of improved air-to-air missiles in North Vietnam.
DCI requested that the personal attention of Secretary McNamara,
Secretary Vance, and General Wheeler be invited to the chart in the
Z3 June President's Brief about lines of communication in Vietnam.
