Kent discussed a conversation between De Gaulle and Lipp; ann.
He speculated on the possibility of medium-range missiles in Indonesia,
and he made a long speech about efforts to get the Director to sign off on
the updating of the LAP.
John Warner discussed th~
Cline delivered a memo indicating that the North Vietnamese had
advance warning on about three out of four 34-A operations.
DDCI noted a FMSAC report about live firing in Cuba and discussed
the desirability of regaining alert.
IDDCI discussed the stand he had taken on the assignment of military
personnel to the Agency.
