DDS&T reported that the R&D briefing presented to Agency officers by the Army yesterday was full, extensive, and useful. The Navy will make a similar presentation on 14 December. DDS&T reported completion by JAEIC of a community response to General Wheeler, who recently wrote to the DCI asking about intelligence capabilities versus nuclear proliferation.
