Kent reported that Tom Hughes' has declined to participate in a
"cloan up" session on the Vietnam SNIE. State Intelligence intends to dis -
sent with the entire SNIE.

Warner reminded that some 15 Congressmen would be here for
breakfast tomorrow at 0800. It was agreed that rather than Angleton

Fountain today and will thereafter tie in with the Department to ensure proper
coordination.
