Morning Meeting of 27 July 1965
There was a Current Intelligence Briefing on the Spring High
operation involving the U. S. air attack on an NVN SAM site. The DCI
noted a need to have available a study on the mobility of the SA-2 system.
It was noted that DIA is preparing such a study and that it will be ready
this afternoon. LOCI and DDCI asked a number of questions relating to
the SAM system. (See Action Item No. 1 below.)
