The Director noted that the USSR is continuing to put out an unusual amount of propaganda about the Agency. He mentioned items concerning the expulsion of Lesch and Riegg from the USSR. The DD/P responded that neither was connected with the Agency. The Director reported on yesterday's 303 meeting. He said that the problem of disseminating 303 papers to the Bureau of the Budget will be decided case by case. The Director reported on his meeting with PFIAB and said that he had left with the Board a copy of his presentation on intel- ligence gaps.
