The Director commended last night's dinner and briefing for the White House Fellows. He mentioned that had received 25X1 the Distinguished Service Medal from the Air Force as a result of his performance as Director of Special Activities. In connection with the President's trip to the Philippines in October, the Director asked to prepare a paper on the 25X1 security situation in the Philippines.
