(See Action Item 1) The DDI noted that the down due to the dissident activity in the area. Finally, he noted that there are tenuous indications that a Soviet manned space event may be upcoming in a month or so, and that the is functioning. The Executive Director requested that all employees be reminded that it is a violation of Agency regulations to take classified material to their residences, or remove them from official channels. 1. The Director would like a brief intelligence summary on for use at the NSC meeting tomorrow. (OCI in the course of the day.) 2. The Director requested that a paper on the labeling of intel- ligence products be forwarded to the President's Board as soon as possible. (Acting D/NIPE by COB 9 August.) 3.
