Godfrey discussed intelligence related to th

DD/S reported that a Civil Service Commission ruling that con-
tract employees are eligible for certain benefits also applies to Agency

tective equipment.
Earman suggested that consideration be given to the implications
for CIA of the retirement provisions of the new pay bill.
