DD/S reported that a Civil Service Commission ruling that con- tract employees are eligible for certain benefits also applies to Agency contract employees. DD/S also discussed recent use of personal pro- tective equipment. Earman suggested that consideration be given to the implications for CIA of the retirement provisions of the new pay bill.
