MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
Morning Meeting of 17 June 1966
tabled the memo on Leadership in Communist China. The DCI agreed
that he would sign letters forwarding this to various high-level officials.
Godfrey reported that only minor fighting had taken place in Hue.
He noted that Tri Quang and Tam Chau were using rather strong language
in a public debate.
