He discussed a problem concerning the distribu- tion of the PDB in the Pentagon. In reply to a question, Kent said it looks as though NIE 11-3 will be ready for USIB consideration next week. briefed the Director on the problem of T-KH clearances for certain heads of departments outside the intelligence community. (See Action 1) Carver said that coordination on the cable concerning pacification criteria should be completed this morning. He noted that instructions to the field on reorganization of the pacification command structure will go out today.
