SUBJECT: Special Group Meeting 29 March 1962
Six peripheral reconnaissance flights presented by
JRC approved subject to Mr. McGeorge Bundy's discussion
of them with higher authority. If higher authority has not
been specifically briefed, then approval will be delayed until
General Taylor's return on 3 April.
CIA's paper on funds to purchase a
approved. State requested a delay in
implementation until Monday, 2 April, in view of the fluid
situation Mr. McCone commented that he
had to agree to this delay.
All CIA air activity planned for April approved as
presented.
