It was indicated that there would be no restriction of those individuals holding visitors passes. None of the Assistant Directors offered any objections. 3. I Icxple.incd the proposal to assign individuals from the Graphics Branch to those offices utilizing their services, end to place in 0/RR Graphics personnel who could support the Director's, Office and such other offices of CIA that did not have any Graphics personnel. It was agreed that this was a. satisfactory arrangement, but that it would probably be necessary to add an extra Graphics representativec, to 0/SO and that it might be feasible to combine 0/So-O/!,C Graphics personnel. Jackson said that the agency would attempt to get any individual who was especially qualified for our work. I said that he had two sommonts to offer; namely, that the military services were less sensitive about releasing heserv"< Officers to CIA than they are about releasing Regulars, and that it was cosier to obtain Intelligence Officers than other types. 11r.
