1. Incompetent Employees The Director
All Assistant Directors will submit by 25 June a
list of the incompetent employees in their offices
who are to be dismissed. It will be assumed that
all others are regarded as competent, professional,
career employees.
2. Workweek The Director
We are not making effective use of Saturday, and
probably wasting overtime pay. Consequently
Saturdays will be used for conferences, thinking,
and getting caught up with work. Employees will
not be brought in on Saturday unless they are
needed.
